The game will be active from 08/07/2019 - 30/09/2019 inclusive.
To participate in the competition, the individual must be not less than 18 years of age. The prize draw is not open to Hertz France SAS employees, Hertz franchisees, service suppliers, their intermediate subcontractors (printers, packers, etc.), their families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Only one entry per person is permitted (same name, birthday, and e-mail address). Only one prize per person is permitted (same name, birthday, and e-mail address).

A single player account will be opened by the same person with the same name, first name and e-mail address. The draw will take place no later than 31/10/2019. The winner will receive notification by e-mail to the e-mail address communicated to Hertz during their participation in the competition.
It will then be up to the winner to contact Hertz, by return of mail, within one week from the date of the e-mail sending announcing him/her the title of winner.
After this period, without a reply from the winner, the prize won will be definitively lost to the winner.
The participant is responsible for ensuring the proper management of his e-mail account.
